VIOLÊNCIA CONTRA MULHER: COMPREENSÃO DOS SIGNIFICADOS E ATITUDES JUNTO ÀS MULHERES E AOS PROFISSIONAIS DE ENFERMAGEM

Resumo

O presente artigo objetiva conhecer os tipos de violência doméstica, considerando que essa ação causa morte, sofrimento físico, social e psicológico, como também danos morais e/ou patrimoniais. Foi dado enfoque às mulheres assistidas pelas unidades de saúde da cidade de Baraúna,local onde aconteceu o nosso estágio supervisionado. Observamos que essa violência é decorrente das desigualdades entre homens e mulheres e que, geralmente, ocorre no espaço privado, haja vista ser um fato que faz parte do dia a dia das pequenas e grandes cidades e que, na maioria das vezes, é causada pelo uso de álcool, drogas ilegais e ciúme, atingindo mulheres de todas as idades.Neste trabalho, relataremos a vivência com mulheres vítimas de violência que buscam atendimento na Unidade Básica de Saúde Izaú Barboza e no Centro de Saúde em Baraúna/RN. Construímos nossas reflexões a partir da aplicação de questionários junto a elas, bem como investigando/analisandoos prontuários delas. Tivemos a oportunidade de comparar o conteúdo de algumas literaturas com a realidade das mesmas, o que nos permitiu a construção de novos conhecimentos e melhor compreensão das causas e efeitos da violência contra a mulher, possibilitando-nos encontrar melhores estratégias de intervenção diante de tal problemática, fazendo-nos sentir mais seguras, uma vez que estamos apoiadas e/ou balizadas em conhecimentos teóricos mais atualizados.VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMAN: UNDERSTANDING OF THE MEANINGS AND ATTITUDES TOGETHER THE WOMEN AND TO THE PROFESSIONALS OF NURSINGBased in the existing violence in the City of Baraúna, mainly against the women, we saw the importance to work this subject, since much omission on the part of the victims exists. We observe that this violence is not based only on physical aggression, and also in many action that causes death,physical suffering, social and psychological consequences as well as pain and suffering or patrimonial damage. Since this violence is recurrent of the inequalities between men and women that generally occurs in the private (home) space, has seen to be a fact that is small part of day-by-day of the cities.in most of the time those problems are caused by the use alcohol, drugs and jealousy, reaching the womenof all the ages, therefore most of the time suffer has been silent as they find difficulty to be enough in the situation, because they feel shame or they depend emotionally or financially on the aggressor and they look for to deceive itself finding that it will not happen anymore or to be guilty. In this. research, we study this type of violence in the Units of Health of the city of Baraúna/RN, where our supervised period of training happened; we made this through applied questionnaires and also investigating some other literature about the cases with the reality of these women has been occurring; what allowed tothe construction of new knowledge and better understanding of its cases and the effects of them, facilitating for us a better understanding to work this problem with safer professional interventions.Key words: Violence against woman.
