UTILIZANDO O CICLO OPERACIONAL PARA FAZER O ORÇAMENTO DE CAIXA E CALCULAR A NECESSIDADE DE CAPITAL DE GIRO (NCG)

Resumo

 Este artigo quer mostrar a importância do estudo do Ciclo Operacional para o Administrador Financeiro, o quão fundamental é, pois, fornecerá uma visão comparativa dos prazos de Giro de Estoque, Prazo Médio de Recebimento de Duplicatas e Prazo Médio de Pagamento de Fornecedores, além dos Custos Fixos Mensais. O Ciclo Operacional é composto pelos Ciclos Econômico e Financeiro. Ao montar o gráfico destes ciclos juntamente com os Custos Fixos Mensais, o Administrador Financeiro terá a real visão do fluxo de recursos que fluirão pela empresa no médio ou longo prazo através do Orçamento de Caixa e poderá, através destas informações, projetar a Necessidade de Capital de Giro (NCG) para um determinado período. O Orçamento de Caixa é de fundamental importância para a boa administração das finanças empresariais. Para a realização deste trabalho, foi utilizado, hipoteticamente, o exemplo de uma empresa comercial.USING THE OPERATING CYCLE TO MAKE CASH BUDGET AND CALCULATE THE NEED WORKING CAPITAL (SCN)This article aims to show the importance of studying of the Cycle Time for Financial Administrator, how important it is to provide an overview of the comparative periods of Inventory Turnover, Average Collection Period of duplicates and Average Payment Providers, in addition to Monthly Fixed Costs. The Operating Cycle is composed of the global economy. When building the graph of these cycles along with the monthly fixed costs, the Finance Director will have a real vision of the flow of funds that will flow from the company in the medium to long term through the budget box and can, through this information to design the need for Capital Working (SCN) for a given period. The Budget is of fundamental importance for the proper administration of business finance. For this work, we used, hypothetically, the case of a commercial enterprise.
